Terms of Service for ShrinkUs

ShrinkUs allows publishers to shorten any URL and earn income by sharing the shortened URL. Advertising is shown to the viewer on their way to the destination URL. By using ShrinkUs, you agree that advertisements are included on the shortened URLs, which is necessary for the site to operate.

Prohibited Uses

By using ShrinkUs, you agree not to:

• Shorten URLs that contain adult material.
•  Place shortened links on websites containing content that is threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, or software which may cause damage to the viewer or ShrinkUs' server.
• Shorten URLs that redirect to websites containing the above-mentioned content.
• Use ShrinkUs for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to copyright infringement, adult links, child pornography, threatening, defaming, stalking, abuse, harassment, or violating any person’s or entity’s legal rights.
• Offer incentives or beg visitors to click on your shortened links.
• Spam any website, forum, or blog with ShrinkUs links.
•  Bring fake or automated traffic of any kind to your links, including using iframes, redirects, bots, VPNs, or proxies (this may result in account termination).
• Automatically redirect to your shortened URL from a website; the viewer must click on the link themselves.
• Open your shortened URLs using an iframe, pop-ups, or pop-unders.
• Click on your own shortened URLs to generate revenue. We reserve the right not to pay for revenue generated this way.
• Use third-party tools with ShrinkUs, including any short URL website on the internet; the use of these is strongly prohibited.
• Create 'redirect loops' with ShrinkUs URLs and similar services to generate additional revenue.
• Transmit files that contain viruses, spyware, adware, trojans, or other harmful code.
• Interfere with other publishers using ShrinkUs.
• Create multiple accounts; only one account per person is allowed.
• Abuse the contact system, such as sending messages regarding payments before due dates, threatening to change service, or providing false or incomplete data.
• Advertise ShrinkUs on traffic exchange websites and PTC websites.
• Create multiple accounts under your referral URL and use these accounts to generate a referral commission for your main account.
• Remain inactive for six months; inactive accounts will be automatically closed.

Policy Compliance and Terms

• Publishers must cooperate with the ShrinkUs Policy Team if any issues are flagged, including providing details about traffic sources and shared links.
• Publishers must promptly provide all information requested by the Policy Team related to any concerns raised.
• The Policy Team can request and review details about traffic sources, such as their origin and user behavior.
• ShrinkUs must provide extra information or clarification if needed to verify any flagged issues.
• Decisions made by the Policy Team, based on the information provided or otherwise, are final and must be followed.
• The Policy Team may act without publisher submissions in cases of clear policy violations or risks to user experience, security, or compliance.
• Failing to provide required information or cooperate may lead to consequences, including account suspension or termination.
• By using ShrinkUs, publishers agree to these terms and must stay updated on any changes.
• If an account is inactive for more than six months in terms of publisher earnings or referral earnings, ShrinkUs reserves the right to withhold any unpaid balance and terminate the account.

Account Deactivation and Data Storage

• Members can request account deactivation, but ShrinkUs may still store information such as links, statistical data, and financial information used for withdrawals. All information is stored on secure servers and end-to-end encrypted.
